Cassava Leaf Soup
· Ground Cassava leaf
· 1 slashed onion
· Chicken and fish boiled in water with pepper
· Crown flavor packet (3) crushed
· Slashed water green
· Red oil
Bean Soup
· Soak beans overnight
· Boil beans
· Add chicken in water/boil chicken with beans
· Put pepper and beat it with 2 slashed onion
· Add tomato
· Season fish and chicken and fry with Argo Oil
· Fry pepper and onion in left over oil and add crown seasoning
· Put boiled beans into pepper/onion sauce
· Stir it
· Add chicken and fish to bean soup
· Let boil
· Serve and enjoy
Pepper Soup
· Fix fish and chicken
· Peal pepper and bitter ball with onion and wash
· Put fish and chicken in pot
· Cut bitter ball in pieces and put in pot
· Beat pepper with onion and put in pot
· Add tomato, crown seasoning, black pepper, and peanut butter
· Put on fire until steaming
· Add water
· Bring to boil
· Taste and serve
Bitter ball Soup
· Wash bitter ball (big bitter ball)
· Peal onion
· Fix chicken and season it with black pepper, all season and garlic
· Slash bitter ball and onion
· Peal pepper and wash/beat it
· Fry chicken and fry bitter ball in left over chicken oil and put pepper in with it
· Add crown, garlic, black pepper, all seasoning, and tomato
· Cover and fry for 1 min and add water
· Cover pot and bring to a boil
· When water is dry eat and enjoy
Pumpkin Soup
· Split pumpkin into pieces
· Peal pumpkin and scoop out inside
· Wash pumpkin
· Slash pumpkin into pieces
· Slash onion over pumpkin
· Skin chicken and season it with all season, black pepper and garlic
· Put oil on fire and when hot fry the chicken
· Once fried fry pumpkin in remaining oil/onion
· Put crown, black pepper, all season, garlic, little pepper and cover and cook
· When pumpkin soft add water and cover
· Let boil
· Open and stir/taste
· When water dries its finished
· Taste and eat
Potato Green
· Fix and season the chicken (pepper and boil in water)
· Slash potato green
· Rub potato green in hands
· Slash onion over potato green
· Put oil in the pan and fry the chicken in the oil
· Take out the chicken and put potato green in left over frying oil
· Cover and let fry
· Stir
· Add water, crown, garlic, black pepper and all season
· Cover and let boil
· Put chicken inside and cover
· When water dries and gets oily/green its finished
· Enjoy and eat
Palm Butter
· Put palm in fire
· Boil until soft and pull from fire and put in muller
· Beat palm in muller
· Take out of muller and put in pan
· Add water and wash palm in water
· Squeeze palm (get water out)
· Wash pit
· Take sifter and sift out palm butter. Do this 2 or more times to get black bits out
· Put palm butter on fire
· Do NOT cover
· When boiling add chicken and season with crown, pepper, garlic, black pepper and all season
· Cover pot ½ way
· Let boil and when dry/dark taste and if sweet the recipe is done
· Enjoy and eat
Peanut butter Soup
· Fix chicken and season
· Rinse and sift peanut butter (tie bags bought in market)
· Clean bowl and cover
· Beat pepper and onion and add tomato in bowl
· Slash onion over pepper/onion mixture
· Fry chicken
· Take chicken off once fried
· Fry pepper/onion/tomato in chicken oil pan
· Season with crown, garlic, black pepper, all seasoning and peanut butter
· Stir it
· Cover and let boil until thick
· Taste and enjoy
